I’m passionate—okay, admittedly obsessed—with helping you conquer obstacles in the practice room.
My method blends science-backed, methodical practice strategies inspired by my days as a software developer, along with mindfulness principles from the Alexander Technique. Combined with the art of musical storytelling and interpretation, it helps you eliminate performance anxiety, ditch practice overwhelm, and finally feel confident on stage.
I didn’t have private lessons until college. A diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis nearly ended my career before it started. And I struggled with performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism—the kind that makes you second-guess every note.
Those setbacks forced me to decode and rewire how I practiced. As a result, I developed a system that helps musicians like you replace confusion with clarity and swap guesswork for strategies that actually stick.
Because not knowing what to practice or how to practice shouldn’t be the thing that holds you back from walking on stage fully prepared—and walking off knowing you nailed it.
